Key Responsibilities:
Grow and manage a database of qualified leads and prospects
Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service throughout the booking process
Liaise effectively with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless travel arrangements
Follow up on sales leads with energy and persistence
Collaborate with the team on marketing and promotional strategies
Ensure all bookings are completed accurately, with meticulous attention to detail
Conduct face-to-face and over-the-phone sales consultations
Build detailed, tailor-made itineraries (experience in dynamic packaging preferred)
Maintain direct contact with luxury hotels and suppliers
Manage client relationships across the full customer journey
Handle administrative tasks related to bookings and customer information
Attend industry events and networking functions
Visit global destinations to gain in-depth product knowledge

Technical Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in the
luxury travel or tourism industry
Experience in dynamic packaging and itinerary building
A strong passion for travel and destination knowledge
Proven track record in
proactive sales and meeting targets
Background in hospitality or customer care is advantageous
Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
Tenacious, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality service
