As LV Support Supervisor, you'll lead the Incident Control and Planned Outage Administration teams and will be responsible for the end-to-end process and information to and from Control Room, DCC, Operational Field Resources and Service Partners. You'll ensure that the customer is first in both areas of work and that all customers and vulnerability is at the forefront of everything we do. You'll also ensure that quality communications and information is collated and translated into Customer information to enable the Call Centre to be able to effectively communicate with the customer on unplanned Faults. What you'll be doingLeadership of the team responsible for unplanned fault and planned outage updates
Leading the Unplanned Fault Team positively into the SMART Metering Fault Process and LV Control.
Leadership of the team responsible for planned customer affecting outage process
Responsible for driving excellent customer experience which delivers a Top 3 DNO place in Broader Measures Customer Scores (Unplanned Faults and Planned Outages).
Ensuring any issues across Control Room, Field Resources, DCC and Service Partners are resolved quickly to ensure customers get a class leading experience.
Responsible for the clerical aspects of the Planned outage process ensuring customers are notified within the defined timescales, quality of communication is excellent and text information is sent as per guidelines.
Responsible for being the link with the DCC to ensure updates on planned and unplanned work are excellent and allow the DCC to use these with no intervention.
Ensure GS process is effective.
Monitoring and Continually maximise productivity through monitoring of work processes and outputs
Responsible for ensuring vulnerable customers are being identified by the teams and managed well through the events.
Responsible for productivity and efficiencies within the team to deliver the service for the best possible cost.
Be visible at the workplace and lead by example
Responsible for ensuring that all process comply with Ofgem reporting Requirements
Responsible for ensuring that unplanned fault resource allocation is in line with optimal performance and in line with the resourcing policy (Daytime and Overnight)
Ensuring all IDNO workstreams and process are in line with agreed contracts and safety requirements.
Responsible for quality management of process and coaching/mentoring and management of the teams to ensure continuous improvement.
