Overview
An Elite US law firm are looking to appoint an M & A Associate at the 2-5 PQE level. Candidates should have strong M&A experience and be able to work across a full range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues. Candidates should be able to act as lead associates, working directly for partners and counsel.
A US firm, the firm are known to be on of the most prominent global players in the world of corporate finance. The firm generally works with high end clients - focusing on the high tier of M and A deals on a cross border basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to progress their career as an M & A Lawyer and is looking to work for one of the world\'s most elite M and A practices.
