We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented

M365 & Azure Engineer

to join Cranswick's

Transformation & Change

team. In this role, you'll focus on the practical application and day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, ensuring our platforms remain secure, stable, and supportable. You'll also play a key role in enabling our Service Desk team through documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance.

About the Role

As a

M365 & Azure Engineer

, you'll:

Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure and hybrid integration.

Administer identity and access controls (Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM).

Configure and improve Microsoft Intune for device compliance and security.

Maintain core Azure services (Key Vault, Backup Vault, resource groups).

Support networking and connectivity (VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute).

Implement platform changes and incremental improvements.

Assist with monitoring and security posture using tools like Microsoft Sentinel.

Create clear documentation and provide technical guidance to Service Desk.

Act as an escalation point for Azure and M365 incidents.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with Azure and M365 in a production environment.

Strong knowledge of identity, access, and security controls.

Familiarity with Intune and hybrid IT environments.

Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Azure certification (AZ-104) desirable.

Practical, delivery-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
