apetito business operates 24/7 providing a vital service to our customers. IT is central to the success of the business and the team supports the infrastructure and services vital to its operation. We are embarking on a period of exciting change and this role will be a key appointment in its delivery.


We are looking for an EUC Infrastructure analyst to be part of our team as we undertake a significant transformation to modernize our IT services across the UK, North America, and Canada. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for the UK and North America. Our team is committed to delivering world-class services to the business and supporting its growth. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of M365\'s ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, EUC, Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Azure.


This role is based on site 3 days per week at our Head offices in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

• Overall responsible for M365 environment including strategy, administration and governance.
• You will be in charge of building and updating systems through Microsoft Intune. Additionally, you will oversee the M365 environment.
• 
  You will be a key stakeholder of the M365 & Azure ecosystem, expected to technical deliver all EUC configuration management and services, in line with all technical IT governance, process and procedures in keeping with our change control management
• Provide support and troubleshooting via servicedesk ticketing system for incidents, requests, problems, changes, and governance activities.
• Responsible for documentation and communication of configuration changes in support of change management processes
• Responsible for creating and carrying out process and technical improvements, which includes documenting processes in accordance with internal compliance and IT governance.
• Help define our strategic roadmap and continuous improvement for our digital data strategy from a technical perspective.
• Support the lifecycle management for EUC hardware assets, contribute to the EUC technologies and services roadmap
• Provide delivery and engineering management for Microsoft Office 365 based collaboration services to support apetito\xe2\x80\x99s global businesses spanning Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and ancillary products including Power Platform and Viva Strong knowledge and experience with data centric controls (AIP, OME, B2B and B2C)
• Extensive knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Defender Security Product Suite including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Identity and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Extensive knowledge of endpoint security and device hardening, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Virtual Desktops. (MEM/Intune & JAMF) Engineering level experience of Azure Active Directory and modern auth.
• Proven expertise of Microsoft 365 products (Office365, SharePoint, EM+S, etc.) Some experience of working with modern coding and scripting skills e.g. PowerShell or Python
• Previous experience with a multi-region business and setup

• Experience working in a security EUC Infrastructure analysts role
• 2+ years of experience with Intune configuration management
