GRE Growth is an ambitious and forward-thinking business focused on expansion within the construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated

M&A Analyst

to join our team and support the execution of our growth strategy through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in construction, infrastructure, and related sectors. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and relationships with advisors, brokers, and industry networks. Conduct market and sector research to uncover trends, competitor activities, and consolidation opportunities. Perform preliminary financial analysis, valuations, and strategic fit assessments of targets. Support outreach, initial engagement, and management of NDAs and early due diligence. Prepare briefing materials, investment memos, and target overviews for leadership. Collaborate with senior management and business units to refine acquisition criteria and priorities.

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Background in M&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development (ideally in construction/infrastructure). Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
