What this job involves

  • Supporting all desktop IT requirements including spares management, faulty item replacement / disposal
  • Support all desktop IT refresh projects in line with agreed AZ IT standards
  • Supporting BAU porterage service to carry out light internal moves, labouring assistance, preventative & remedial repairs, crate management, stock management
  • Update Status of all requests (Moves /IT/Furniture/AOB) on Sharepoint / SAP Systems
  • Works as part of the FM Team - help and assist the local FM team as required
  • Manage the available storage space in a SHE compliant manner
  • Follow building access & security processes
  • Build relationships with all customer groups
  • Provide consistent and accurate communication with all related service providers, client, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
  • Work with the UK JLL team on the re-use furniture demand process. Donate where possible charity items to AZ nominated charity and other local community charities
  • Distribute post customer satisfaction survey and report results for consolidated reporting for review by the account team
  • Attending Meeting room setups including ADHOC requests from the client
  • Warehouse stock control Checks
  • Management and allocation of desktop IT requests
  • Management and allocation of furniture maintenance requests
  • Creation and Implementation of Planned Furniture Maintenance Schedule
  • Coordinate Ad Hoc Furniture Changes and Warehoused items
  • Coordinate Small to Medium Internal & Campus Moves \xe2\x80\x93 JLL-Self delivery where possible
  • Manage supporting suppliers (technology, furniture, etc.)
  • Provide porterage service across the Portfolio as required
  • Ownership of customer requests generated from Admin Support role
  • Escalation Point for unresolved IT requests
  • Report any trends in breakages or SHE tickets.
  • Process all incoming customer requests from initiation to completion
  • Manage supporting all desktop IT requirements including spares management, faulty item replacement/disposal Process company purchases within client finance system
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
  • Smart locker master key request
  • Lab Furniture/IT audits (excluding scientific machinery)
  • Building Sensor maintenance
  • Monthly Stock checks at the off site warehouse.
Role / Responsibilities

In addition to providing the information listed above, the other responsibilities of this role include:
  • Ensure global occupancy guidelines are adhered to and always implemented.

  • Participates in regular scheduled PDR within the Southern JLL team
  • Identify opportunities of how to improve / innovate and optimise accommodation spaces for the client
  • Complete all mandatory training (JLL/AZ)
  • Ensure the site works van clean and fit for purpose
  • Completing rolling furniture checks
  • Ensuring a monthly furniture audit of the \xe2\x80\x9chighlighted site\xe2\x80\x9d is completed by the agreed SLA for the Monthly business review.

To ensure accurate reporting of information, and foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, communication channels will exist with:
