Job Description
The Best Connection Group Ltd are hiring on behalf of our established client based in Birmingham city centre. We are recruiting for a General Machinist to work alongside a highly skilled team. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of other tasks as required by business needs within section.
*Previous Experience is needed*
The required experience of the following is required:
- Use of Measuring equipment
- CNC Knowledge
- Bench work - drilling, milling, grinding
- Use of Engineering drawings
- Operating CNC machines
- Using engineering drawings to produce tools
- Use of standard toolroom equipment
- Quality check work
- Monday-Thursday 7.30am-4pm
- Friday 7:30am-3pm
- \xc2\xa315 per hour depending on experience
Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
