Job Description

Staffline is recruiting for a machine operative to work for our client based in Bloxwich.

You must have experience working as machine operative, although full training will be provided

Your Time at Work
Monday - Friday
\xc2\xa310.80 per hr , once training is completed hourly rate will increase to \xc2\xa311.80

The responsibilities of a machine operative include:
- operating machine (robotics)
- inserting/hanging car clamps, bolts etc. in/on to the machine/hooks, so the parts can be painted
- Performing simple quality and function tests
- Participating actively in continuous process improvement activities
- Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy
- Following daily tool maintenance routines
- Meeting daily volume targets and quality standards

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Machine operative will have previous experience as a machine operative in factory environment. Ideal machine operative candidate should have a high level of dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.

A keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience within a fast-paced environment is desired but is not essential.
