About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated

Machine Minder

to join our production team. You will be responsible for the efficient running, setup, and maintenance of our sandwich production machinery to ensure continuous and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently. Carry out regular machine checks and report any faults or issues promptly. Set up machines for production runs, ensuring correct materials and specifications. Minimise downtime through proactive maintenance and quick troubleshooting. Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure food safety and compliance standards are met. Complete accurate production and maintenance records. Follow all health & safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures at all times.

About You:

Previous experience as a Machine Minder, Operator, or similar role in a food production environment preferred. Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player with good communication skills. Flexible, punctual, and reliable.
