Machine Operative
Reports to:
Machine Team Leader
Role Overview:
Based at our Lurgan site, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are produced to the highest standards, meeting the required safety and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times.
Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to the expected the standard.
General operative duties capable of movement between departments
Working to tight deadlines
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
Maintaining quality control throughout all areas of production
Working on various machines including Presses/Guillotines/Saws
Associated Responsibilities:
Support of all operations related activities as required particularly during periods of unplanned absence, holidays, and high workloads.
Experience and Training:
Previous experience working machines.
Previous experience working on production line.
Must have worked in a busy, high output manufacturing environment.
