Capsule Filling Machine Operator

. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining capsule filling machinery to ensure consistent product quality and optimal performance throughout production runs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee capsule filling machines during daily production, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime Assemble machine components and calibrate settings according to production specifications Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to keep equipment in top condition Use hand tools for assembly, adjustments, and routine repairs Handle raw materials and finished products with care, ensuring accuracy and hygiene Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify wear, malfunctions, or maintenance needs Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene standards within the manufacturing environment Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and continuously improve operations Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or supplement production environment (preferred but not essential) Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality control Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team Good communication and time management skills
