About the Role

We seek an experienced and results-driven Machine Operator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have FFS (Form, Fill, Seal) Packing experience, a strong ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail. ```Duties```

Operations & Maintenance

Operate and maintain

FFS packing machinery

, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality. Conduct regular equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive maintenance. Ensure all production processes meet operational and safety standards.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for

efficiency improvements

and implement best practices. Anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent disruptions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production workflows.

People Management & Collaboration

Support and mentor team members, fostering a strong team culture. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Influence and build strong relationships with colleagues across departments.

Systems & Compliance

Maintain accurate production records and reports. Utilise

SAP

and other operational systems efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Required Skills

FFS Packing Experience -

Proven experience in Form, Fill, Seal packaging processes.

Attention to Detail -

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving -

Proactive in identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Leadership & Teamwork -

Strong people management and collaboration skills.

SAP & Systems Knowledge -

Comfortable using SAP and other operational tools.

Preferred Skills

Lean Manufacturing Knowledge -

Understanding of lean principles and efficiency improvements.

PLC & Automation Systems -

Familiarity with automated production equipment.

HACCP & Food Safety Standards -

Knowledge of industry regulations and food safety compliance.

Continuous Improvement Mindset -

Ability to drive operational enhancements.

Mechanical Aptitude -

Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for machinery
