The company

This is an opportunity to work in a clean, state of the art production facility, manufacturing high quality flavoured bottled water to SALSA accreditation standards. You will be working as part of a shift of 5 personnel, and will be required to work in team in order to produce our award winning products to meet customer demands. Trederwen Springs prides itself as being a leader in innovative flavoured water production with a strong environmental concern. These aspects allow us to compete on a national scale and produce extremely high volumes of product from our small site in the heart of Powys, Wales.

Job specifications

Location: Llansantffraid Y-m Mechain, Powys, Sy22 6SY

Salary: All wage rates are above minimum wage and dependent on skillset and vacancy secured. Hourly rates will rise further when employees are 'signed off' as competent in their job role

Shift patterns

Hours are on a Rota based shift pattern.

Currently we are working a 24/7 Rota comprising of 12.5 hour shifts. e.g. 06:00-18:30, 18:00-06:30. Shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off - 2 days, followed by 2 nights and then 4 days off (DDNNOOOO).

Applicant Specification

Motivated, dedicated, reliable, timely, honest, flexible, work well under pressure, a team player, eager to learn, Work a shift pattern including days and nights, willingness to work overtime, own transport due to rural location.

Machine Operator

Operators are responsible and trained to look after one side of the production process either process or packing and will be fully trained on the operation and changeover of at least one machine in their assigned area. We are SALSA accredited, therefore there is a small amount of paperwork involved per operator role (hourly checks, traceability etc.).
