Job Description

Merlin Archery specialises in the manufacture and sale of archery equipment.

We are looking for a reliable, capable and versatile person to assist in the production of a wide variety of components.

Applicants should have previous experience of workshop environments and using machinery.

Training will be given, but the role would not suit someone who has no experience in materials processing or production environments.

A key skill is the ability to multi-task. You are working in a small team, and the nature of the job means that your daily routine will vary dependent on the products in production, or the materials being processed

Depending on skills available, examples of the jobs may include:

Using a panel saw to cut lengths of CLS Using a nail gun to assemble targets and stands. Using a pneumatic press to compress targets. Using an a Dremel to debur and polish aluminium components. Loading and unloading a CNC machine. Using a sand blaster to prepare aluminium parts for painting. Assembly of components using Fasteners. General cleaning and housekeeping.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours to be worked between 6am and 6pm, with exact shift pattern to be discussed. Flexibility is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,396.80 per year
