Machine Operator to join our team in Ashby de la Zouch.

Competitive Rate of Pay INCREASING AFTER TRAINING + Overtime Availability at Excellent Rates + 30 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown + Pension + Full Training.

Experience within a similar role is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.

What will you be doing?

To run the production of an allocated number of machines to fulfil customer orders To physically load machines with the correct raw materials, monitoring the output and replacing raw materials as required To pack the completed product in the correct boxes To carry out manual handling processes (including lifting, lowering and carrying) of raw materials and finished products throughout the shift To accurately complete all production and quality record logs To actively undertake a 'clean as you work' policy To fully handover the status of each order and machine to the incoming operative

Permanent Positions:

Permanent contract with planned training programme.

Competitive Rate of Pay:

Starting at 13.21 per hour. Increasing on successful completion of training (expected 12 weeks).

Plus

optional overtime frequently available at competitive rates upon successful completion of probationary period; 1.25X over 40 hours in the week, 1.5X Saturday and 2.0X Sunday.

Work-Life Balance:

Our standard hours are 40 hours per week with a Friday AM finish (night shift pattern). 30 days annual leave per year including ALL bank holidays

Our Machine Operators have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and there is also the possibility of further development opportunities within our Department Structure. Our Team Leaders and Factory Management team joined TruNet as Machine Operators.

The Role:

Night shift pattern, 40 hours per week, Sunday - Friday, 10:00pm - 06:00am
