Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our door assembly (including fire doors) production team. The primary responsibility of this role is to utilise our machinery to produce doors and frames to customer specifications. This role requires precision, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of our products

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up multiple types of woodworking machinery. Machine doors to exact customer specifications. Read and interpret CAD drawings for programming and machining. Ensure all machined products meet quality and specification standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Contribute to assembly production when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols..

Qualifications and Experience:

No formal qualifications required. Previous experience running manufacturing machinery is

essential

. Ability to program CNC machines based on CAD drawings is beneficial. Previous experience in woodworking is advantageous.

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

Ability to perform heavy lifting (efforts are made to limit this as much as possible). Work is in a noisy environment (ear plugs provided).
