s a T

hermoforming Setter ,

you'll play a key role in operating and maintaining our thermoforming production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Reporting to the Thermoforming Shift Leader, you'll work hands-on with advanced machinery, including Illig and Kiefel thermoforming machines, contributing to high-quality output and operational efficiency.

ey responsibilities include:
S

tarting up, running, and shutting down thermoforming machines. P
erforming full tool changes, insert changes, and paperwork changes within standard times. O
perating and maintaining inline systems, including extruders, padding machines, punch units, and glue systems. E
nsuring product quality meets customer specifications and promptly addressing any defects. T
roubleshooting and resolving breakdowns or stoppages, escalating issues when required. R
ecording accurate production and quality data on our ERP system (M3). C
leaning and conducting routine maintenance on machinery. S
upporting team members and shift leaders to meet production and efficiency targets. S
upport other departments and assist with packing duties in the Operator role when required, including ad-hoc tasks to meet business needs. T

he work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, involving hands-on technical tasks in a manufacturing setting. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork in a noisy, warm environment. Your safety and well-being are a priority, supported by PPE and rigorous safety measures.

ssential:

xperience in a production or manufacturing environment. A
team player with good communication skills and high attention to detail. T
echnical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. A
wareness of health and safety practices. D

esirable:

xperience operating or setting production machinery. K
nowledge of thermoforming processes or plastic manufacturing. F
amiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., M3). A

anama Schedule: 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends, averaging 42 hours per week. S

alary:

tarting 33,750 (inclusive of shift allowance). B
