We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our rapidly growing team. The role combines delivering excellent sales and after-sales service as well as providing occasional support in preparing and packing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding sales and after-sales service, including assistance with parts, machine operation, and customer queries Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive follow-up Support the sales team with customer interactions and service needs Occasionally assist with preparing and packing customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the team
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or sales Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach Strong attention to detail and a hands-on attitude when helping with order preparation Fluency in English, both spoken and written A motivated individual eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the company
