Job Description
I&G Engineering is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. We're a busy, well-run workshop with good equipment, clean facilities, and a positive working environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can set and run CNC machines confidently, work from drawings, and take pride in producing good-quality parts.
The role
Set and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines Work from engineering drawings and job specs Tool changes, offsets, and job set-ups Produce parts to required specification and finish Carry out basic inspection using standard measuring equipment Keep your work area safe, tidy, and organised
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (milling and/or turning) Able to read and understand engineering drawings Good mechanical awareness and an eye for detail Reliable, organised, and works well with others Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
