We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic
Mailroom Operative
Porter
to join our team in London
NW1 6AA
and play a key role in delivering excellent services on our Fabulous Corporate Client Site.
What you'll do:
Work in the Mail room and take incoming post/parcels, deal with couriers, log, sort and distribute to relevant departments around the site
Record deliveries on the booking in system
Respond to email queries regarding postal room operations and logistical support
Check products for damages
Provide logistics support in moving furniture and room set up for meetings/events
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and equipped with the required furniture and supplies (e.g., chairs, tables, AV equipment
Drive between buildings on site to transport mail, packages, and other materials safely and efficiently
What you'll bring:
Full UK Driving License
Basic knowledge of operating IT systems
Organised and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities
Good knowledge of written and spoked English
Be willing to undergo a DBS and Credit Reference Check if successful
