Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations. Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Operate welding equipment for repairs or modifications when necessary. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests in a timely manner.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in a maintenance role, demonstrating strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is highly desirable. Experience in supervising teams or leading projects effectively. Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written. A customer-focused attitude with the ability to interact positively with staff and clients. Knowledge of welding techniques is advantageous but not essential.
