Electrical Division

for the following personnel:

MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATION ELECTRICIAN

Key Requirements:

Experienced in all aspects of onsite Industrial/Commercial Electrical Installations

Experienced in the installation of three phase and single-phase circuits and associated control equipment.

Proficient with PVC & galvanised conduit, trunking, SWA cable and cable containment installations.

The ability to read and understand electrical schematic & technical drawings.

Competent to work on your own initiative.

Good communication skills are considered essential.

The ability to produce high quality workmanship.

Excellent appreciation of customer care and attention to detail required.

Experience:

Electrical installation electrician with a proven track record within the industry.

Good comprehension of NICEIC documentation and certification.

Preference given to experienced individuals currently working on water treatment facilities.

Experience of industrial electrical installations.

Knowledge of (WIMES) Water Industry Minimum Electrical Standards advantageous.

Knowledge and experience of circuit breakers, motors, generator, PLC and VSD control system installations also desirable.

Fault finding and breakdown expertise advantageous.

Qualifications:

Fully time served and qualified in relevant electrical discipline.

BS 7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.

SJIB Qualified.

ECS Card.

EUSR/DOMS Water Hygiene Card desirable.

City & Guilds 2392 Inspection and Testing or equivalent certificate desirable.

IPAF certificate advantageous.

This is a permanent, full time role based in

Aberdeen

with frequent travelling to various sites within Scotland. A company vehicle will be provided, therefore applicants must hold a current UK driving licence.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
