Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekend work required, with 2 days off during the week)

Holiday Entitlement:

. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Maintenance Assistant

to help us maintain our high standards and ensure our guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Maintenance Team with a wide range of tasks. This is a hands-on position that requires a practical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including fixing water leaks, changing light bulbs, and basic painting, plumbing, and electrical works. Assist with gardening duties to maintain the appearance of our stunning grounds. Conduct weekly and monthly health and safety tests and inspections. Respond promptly to guest issues and provide friendly, efficient customer service. Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and perform preventative maintenance. Perform PAT testing (full training will be provided).

What We're Looking For

Practical skills and experience in general maintenance tasks. A proactive and flexible approach to work. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner. Willingness to work weekends (with 2 days off during the week). PAT testing experience is not essential as training will be provided.
