Key Responsibilities

Perform painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation tasks across the hotel. Repair and maintain finishes, including walls, ceilings, woodwork, and furniture. Collaborate with the wider maintenance team on refurbishment and renovation projects. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve cosmetic wear and tear. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Maintain an organised workspace and manage the inventory of painting supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience in painting and decorating, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
