Maintenance Assistant Warden to join our Deeside Holiday Park.

The Role:

This is a permanent position offering 35 hours per week during March to October and 20 hours November to February. Please be aware weekend working will be essential. Accommodation is provided when on

Warden Duties only.

This is a physically demanding role and will require the successful candidate to work outside.

Please be aware over night 3 times per week is required for Warden Duties*

The day to day role will be very varied to include general maintenance on the holiday park as well as carrying out a range of grounds work meaning that this will be a very hands on, physically demanding role. It will be essential that the successful candidate can work as part of a team, will want to complete every task to their highest standard and be able to work on their own initiative as well as under direction.

Previous maintenance experience is essential. An experience within a trade will also be prioritised. Due to machinery being used, a full UK driving licence will be essential.

As a Warden there will be a requirement to be available up to 4 nights per week for any guest emergencies with enhanced nightly pay.

Role & Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of repair in the park Carrying out any repairs/maintenance to facilities and holiday homes Complete jobs on list in a timely manner to a high standard. Carrying out projects on site to improve the facilities, utilising various trade knowledge/capabilities. Maintaining good communication with team and Park Coordinator, whilst providing a high standard of customer care Following all health and safety requirements of the Holiday Park.

Deeside Holiday Park is on the outskirts of Aberdeen, we currently offer Caravan and Lodge holiday homes for hire (some with Hot Tubs) and touring as well as having a number of private holiday home owners.
