Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:



Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems Handle basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.) Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Keep tools and equipment in good working order Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Assist with installation, remodeling, and preventative maintenance projects Maintain records of work performed and report major issues

Requirements:



Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or a related field preferred General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor tasks High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
