Job Purpose:

Responsible to the Estate Customer Services Manager for assisting with the execution of all minor works and mechanical and electrical maintenance programmes for the Campus.

The Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical and Electrical) is responsible for leading and supervising the operation of the Mechanical and Electrical Direct Works Unit (DWU) and External Contractors.
