As we continue to grow our portfolio of high-quality serviced apartments, hotels, long-lets and rural retreats we also look towards our future growth throughout Scotland and maintaining the best possible service to both Guests and Clients.

Purpose of the role




As a maintenance co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests are provided with outstanding service during their stay. You will be able to solve problems at pace, constantly balance competing demands and prioritise resolutions. You will also work closely with our Operations, Growth and Front Desk teams.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor inbound task request and allocate to appropriate technician or team member Update job notes and feedback to other team members Manage stock of commonly used parts and spares Organise recurring repairs and certificates Complete monthly reports and invoice property owners accurately Work effectively with other team members to ensure outstanding levels of guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with guests and landlords who you may encounter in person at a property


Your key skills & qualities



Excellent and effective communication skills Previous experience of residential or commercial property management Understanding of compliance for short-lets, HMOs and commercial property Think "outside of the box" and apply a "can do" attitude Experience using office software including Excel, CRM software and Task Management tools
