Join our Metra Living Team:
Metra Living are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support our Maintenance Operations department, working to support the service and delivery of our repairs via our Plentific platform.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the PRS portfolio. You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
Your impact in the role:
This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a role delivering professional and great customer service on a daily basis. Approaching tasks with determination to get a positive outcome for our residents and dealing with all correspondence in a professional and timely manner. You will be first point of contact for dealing with queries from our residents via phone and email, and be responsible for raising repair orders on our Plentific platform. This is a varied role which will involve monitoring phone lines and mailboxes in line with SLAs, as well as the allocation and coordination of repairs and monitoring of repairs dashboards.
What you'll bring:
The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across Metra Living and the L&Q Group.

Strong administrative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Methodical, accurate and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work flexibly and use initiative to multitask and meet deadlines
