Hampton Conservatories is an industry leading manufacturer of bespoke Conservatories and Orangeries and we are searching for an individual with a background in administration, planning, logistics & construction interested in employing their skills to join to our current highly experienced team.
This key role, based at our Portrush factory, will be primarily responsible for planning and co-ordinating all maintenance activities ensuring that customer enquiries are professionally handled, work plans are communicated to, and agreed with, customers and all necessary travel arrangements for personnel and materials are organised. Engagement in the Lean manufacturing culture will be crucial as we strive together to find easier ways to work
Requirements:
Essential
Customer service experience
Training or experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to accurately input data
Excellent communication and team working skills
Organised and methodical approach to tasks
This role is based at our factory in Portrush, Co. Antrim:
Competitive salary
Mon-Thu 8.30am - 5.30 pm; Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm
