GD3 Property Ltd is a well-established, highly respected property management company based in Southsea. We manage a large portfolio of residential blocks across Portsmouth and Hampshire, delivering a high-quality service to leaseholders, residents, and freeholders.
We are now seeking an experienced
Block Maintenance Co-ordinator
to join our busy team and take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance process across our managed blocks.
The Role
This is a key position responsible for ensuring that all reactive and routine maintenance issues are logged, assessed, quoted, instructed, and completed efficiently. You'll be the main link between leaseholders, contractors, and our block management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Logging all maintenance issues received via phone or email
Diagnosing basic maintenance problems and allocating the correct contractor
Obtaining quotes and following up with contractors
Instructing works once approved
Updating leaseholders, residents, freeholders and internal staff
Ensuring works are completed to a good standard
Keeping accurate records on our CRM
Liaising with contractors and monitoring performance
Supporting block managers with maintenance planning
About You:
Experience in
property maintenance
(lettings, block management or facilities)
Strong communication skills
Able to prioritise and handle a busy workload
Good problem-solving ability
Confident working with contractors
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Competent with IT systems (training provided for our CRM)
What We Offer:
27,500 -30,000 salary depending on experience
