Job Description

Apollo MTS Ltd is a leading national service provider for the manufacture, installation service and repair of roller shutter doors, automatic doors and steel security doors for a range of blue chip customers.

We require a highly motivated, experienced coordinator to work full-time as part of our very busy operations team to support our busy planning team.

Responsibilities



Planning and allocating jobs to our national service team of Engineers

Booking jobs in with customers when required

Arranging timely delivery and collection of hired plant to and from site when required

Ensuring customer SLAs are met

Processing jobs and providing updates to customers via phone and e-mail

Uploading documents onto customer portal

Dealing with sub-contractor invoices and job paperwork

Providing support to team members

Other duties as required

Competence



Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Personal Skills



You should be able to work as part of team, be a strong communicator and have a confident telephone manner.

Essential Skills



Experience of working in the service/facilities industry

Accuracy and attention to detail essential

Ability to work in a busy environment

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a team and support colleagues

Take ownership of and responsibility for the role

Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Summary



In the role of Maintenance Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting the organisation's operations through effective planning, administration and communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.

Accurate and efficient planning is one of the most important roles in our business and experience of the service industry is essential.

You will be vital for managing data and facilitating planned and reactive jobs.

Your strong computer literacy and time management skills will enable you to handle multiple tasks effectively, contributing to the overall success of the team and organisation.
