We're looking for a hardworking, organised, and self-motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. You'll schedule and carry out property inspections, manage maintenance issues, and liaise with landlords and contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Full training will be provided on our systems, but ideally, you'll have some property knowledge, experience in property management or lettings, and the drive to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Schedule, organise, and carry out routine property inspections, ensuring all inspection reports and inspection dates are accurately recorded on the system
Record all inspection findings on the inspection software and issue inspection reports to landlords
Manage, track, and update maintenance issues using the maintenance CRM system
Liaise with landlords and contractors to arrange, progress, and resolve repair works
Obtain maintenance authorisation from landlords and issue clear instructions to contractors
Monitor ongoing works to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
Maintain accurate records and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the maintenance process
Experience
Full training will be provided on our systems and software
Basic knowledge of property maintenance essentials, including general repairs such as electrics, plumbing, and joinery
Experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Previous experience within a lettings or property management environment is desirable
Experience in customer service, with the ability to manage and communicate with multiple clients at the same time
