This is an exciting new role where you will play a key part in a growing business. The Maintenance Coordinator is a key position that will enable the development of our rapidly growing maintenance portfolio throughout the UK and Europe. The core part of our business is designing, manufacturing and installing amazing soft play centres. However, we also carryout scheduled and bespoke maintenance across the UK and Europe, covering our sites but also other companies. This is a great opportunity to strengthen our brand, maintain key relationships with customers and seek out new business.
The Person
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual, who can multi-task and support the Maintenance Manager. You will possess strong time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Core Responsibilities
Coordinate and process quotes, managing administrative tasks with ease using business software.
Liaise with clients over the phone and via email providing exceptional communication and customer service.
Managing enquiries quickly and effectively, ensuring the work is planned ahead of time with our production and installation teams.
Diary management and work scheduling for the Maintenance Team.
Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager, helping to drive departmental goals.
Organise and coordinate transport, bookings, and accommodate travel arrangements as required.
Liaise with other business departments to ensure product is purchased, manufactured and delivered on time and in full to site.
Be able to multitask but also prioritise work effectively.
Arranging and preparing items and materials for timely collection and transport to site
