We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Duties
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operation of all machinery and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
Fitter/welder experience
Apply mechanical knowledge to maintain machinery, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly.
Interpret schematics to understand complex systems and facilitate effective repairs or upgrades.
Manage projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
Experience
Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various types of machinery.
Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
