: To supervise, co-ordinate and participate in year-round site maintenance and active spraying of approx. 50 sites throughout Scotland.Responsibilities and Duties:
Your duties will include (but not exclusively) the following:
Supervision of and participation in landscaping maintenance contracts ensuring timescales and contractual obligations are met in accordance with MW Groundworks Ltd contractual agreements. Liaising with client as required. Organise landscape maintenance to ensure all sites are kept to standards required by client. During the season this will require all maintenance personnel to work any extra hours and weekends to ensure that contractual commitments are fulfilled. Establish annual schedule and ensure a record of visits and tasks completed is updated weekly by all maintenance personnel and handed in to the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-41,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
