Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and fixing faults in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and identify any areas that need attention. Maintain grounds using equipment provided. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. . Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Skills
Proven experience in general maintenance roles Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Customer service skills to effectively liaise with internal departments and external contractors when necessary. This role offers an engaging environment where your technical skills will be valued, providing opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team setting.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
