Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills to perform maintenance and repair tasks across the home . This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard, you will be responsible for addressing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Supervise small teams when necessary, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with residents regarding their needs and expectations.
Skills
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry. Ability to maintain tools and equipment properly for optimal performance. Solid mechanical knowledge with an understanding of various maintenance practices.
