Job Overview
Maintenance position is for 16 hours
You will undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of our care homes. We would prefer the position to be over 4 days working 4 hours each day, but we are open to discussion if this would be difficult.
Responsibilities include:
Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, removing rubbish etc.
Perform maintenance and light repairs
Perform routine gardening tasks
Painting and decorating
Repair equipment when safe to do so
Safety checks and leagonella checks
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. dealing with icy paths)
Identify and report the need for major repairs
This list is not exhaustive
This is a position within a care Home However.
You should have some experience of property maintenance.
An Enhanced DBS check is required due to the vulnerability of our clients.

Schedule:
4 hour shift over 4 days 8 hour shift over 2 days
Experience:
maintenance: 1 year (preferred) preference - Driving licence to drive minibus if required
