Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and committed person to join our Organisation in the role of Handyman/Maintenance Technician to work in and around the Ilford/Romford area.

You will be ensuring that the high quality homes we provide for our young people are maintained to the highest standard by ensuring that all heartwood building, fittings and equipment are maintained in cost-effective manner, compliant with all relevant building regulations and that they adhere to any health and safety requirements

Duties

Carrying out general maintenance and building maintenance as directed by the property manager via our online system , such as plumbing, decorating ,building work,ground work,tilting etc. To assist in maintaining a safe working environment whilst following and ensuring others follow the required Health and Safety policies and Procedures and any local codes of set working practices.

All candidates will be expected to have a clean drivers licence and experience working in a similar role.
