Summary
Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Joiner / Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be based from Dunmurry but travel throughout NI.
Responsibilities
This role will require you to carry out first and second fix joinery work throughout NI. Repair and maintenance works. Ensure work is completed to high-quality industry standards. Maintain all records and complete all required paperwork. Communicate effectively with householders and clients. You may also be required to carry out other general maintenance duties.
Successful candidates will need to have:
A minimum of 1 year's previous experience essential Valid CSR Card NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification Full UK Driving Licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,000.00-38,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
