Key Responsibilities
Carry out
reactive joinery and maintenance repairs
across client sites.
Undertake
fire door inspections, adjustments, and remedial works
, including replacing hinges, seals, and drop-down seals where required.
Complete general joinery works such as doors, frames, locks, ironmongery, skirting, and other timber repairs.
Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Ensure compliance with
health & safety regulations
and company procedures at all times.
Maintain accurate records of works carried out and materials used.
Work independently and as part of a team to deliver jobs efficiently and effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
Time-served
Joiner
with proven experience in maintenance and repair works.
Experience in fire door maintenance and installations is required (certification an advantage, but training can be provided)
Knowledge of building safety and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver effective reactive maintenance solutions.
Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients and colleagues.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
