With experience as a handyman and knowledge of health and safety regulations, you will work independently to complete jobs in joinery, plumbing, electrical work, painting, tiling, and general DIY. Your role will involve conducting regular checks, assisting contractors, and keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you will need to prioritise urgent tasks while maintaining detailed records of work and costs.
