Job Description

35,000 per annum. (OTE 37,820,including tronc.)

Location:THE PIG hotel,Brockenhurst,

SO42 7QL

Salary:35,000 per annum. (OTE 37,820,including tronc.)

Hours:40 hours per week,over 5 days,including weekends.

As Maintenance Manager you will over see the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non-essential maintenance with the functionality,efficiency,health & safety of the property being the priority.


You will oversee a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example.


Experience in a similar role is essential,along with any relevant qualifications such as PAT testing,electrics,plumbing,fire safety,carpentry,plant room management,health,and safety. A hands on attitude is a must as our hotels are open 365 days a year.
