About the Role:

We're looking for a practical, reliable Maintenance Officer to keep our care home safe, tidy, and well-maintained. You'll handle day-to-day repairs, safety checks, and general upkeep--helping to create a comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Duties:

Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and basic DIY tasks Keep outdoor areas clean and safe Follow health & safety and fire safety procedures Support with room setups and emergency drills Log maintenance work and report any issues

What You'll Need:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience Good all-round practical skills Basic understanding of health & safety A friendly, helpful attitude and ability to work independently
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
