Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a keen understanding of schematics and logic controllers, as well as project management skills to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all members are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative measures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and other equipment failures. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the maintenance department. Oversee projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective team leadership. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain various types of machinery. Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively. Solid project management capabilities to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to analyse problems logically and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
