Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and machinery are maintained to the highest standards, thereby supporting operational efficiency and safety.

Duties

Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. Supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain schematics for all machinery and systems to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs. Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including logic controllers. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. Coordinate with other departments to manage projects related to facility improvements or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics related to mechanical and electrical systems. Solid understanding of project management principles to effectively oversee maintenance projects. Excellent mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to maintain complex machinery. Familiarity with electrical systems, including logic controllers, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and across departments.
