to be responsible for the repairs and maintenance contract delivery across NHS and Healthcare sites within Sidcup and surrounding areas.

Monday - Friday

(8am - 5pm)

Salary 50k - 55k

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor/ Service Manager:

Supervise maintenance operatives and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations to meet SLA/KPI targets. Close out defects or remedial works as per PPM/service records. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained, with appropriate calibration certificates. Conduct inspections and health & safety audits for quality workmanship

What we are looking for from a Maintenance Supervisor/Service Manager:

FM management or supervisory experience with a technical background. Experience within NHS and Healthcare sites is preferred Understanding of contractual obligations and record-keeping. Client facing experience Strong H&S awareness and leadership skills .
