Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at The Wild Pheasant Hotel and Spa. The property is situated in magnificent scenery in the Vale of Llangollen, North Wales where the hotel and restaurant combine traditional charm within comfort of an original 19th-century building. The hotel offers 47 modern bedrooms including, suites, spa facilities and function room for up to 150 guests.

Duties will include:

- Managing the maintenance of steam room, sauna and hydrotherapy pool ( Full training will be given)

- Managing and monitoring all utilities, plant and equipment to ensure all working and operating

- Completing the daily reactive maintenance log

- Completing monthly Health and safety checks

- Ensuring all legal statutory Fire safety tests are documented

- Ensuring that Health and Safety standards in the hotel comply with legal legislation and company policy

- Log all health and safety checks on to our online platform

- No day in this role will be the same, from light bulbs, to lose toilet seats and painting the person applying will need to be flexible with a variety of skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
